Run Quick Installer

Execute the 1-line installation script. It clones the SFI Agent workspace, installs dependencies, and creates the global sfi-host command.

Start Local Control Center

Launch the visual Web Control Center on http://localhost:5180 to monitor live tool calls, inspect projects, or trigger 1-click tunnels.

Connect ChatGPT or Claude

Add the MCP endpoint to ChatGPT Custom Connectors or Claude Desktop. The AI can now safely browse folders, write code, and run tests on your workstation!

Start your local tunnel: sfi-host --tunnel
In ChatGPT, open Settings > Custom MCP > Add MCP Server
Enter the Server URL:
https://agent.shahfahadinc.com/mcp
Set Authentication to None (or Bearer Token for private workstations).
Click Connect. The setup test passes immediately!
